During Aust Spring & Summer we process orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and high-demand periods). During Winter/Autumn we process within 48 hours.
All orders are set to ‘Authority to Leave’, unless there is no safe place, in which case the parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection.
Orders over $100 receive FREE SHIPPING. Standard Shipping is $9.95, Express is $14.95 for Australian Residents & $14.95 for International.
Returns
As of 1 July 2025 our returns policy is changing. Anything purchased before that date our original Returns Policy will still apply.
We offer exchange or store credit on all full priced items.
If you exchange, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you. Online store credit is valid for 3 years.
BFCM, Sale or Discounted items can only be returned for a store credit. Refunds & exchanges aren't available on sale & discounted items.
Sale & Final Sale items: are not available for any refund, store credit or exchange. They are Final Sale and thus can not be returned. If unsure about sizing contact our team who would love to assist you.

Size Chart
Each style will have our recommendation on sizing included in the description. If you require additional help please reach out to us via the messaging service.
In Sept 2021, when we launched FBS we stocked sizes 8-14. In 2022 we expanded our full range from sizes 6-16.
In Summer 23' we made some more positive changes. We added sizes 18 & 20 to all our styles and ditched the XS/XXL size metric and started using size numbers.
Summer 24' will see us add size 22 to all applicable sizes! We are also introducing all AU & US sizing to our garments.
