How 'full' is your full bum coverage?

We offer a classic full bum coverage. We also understand that bottoms come in all shapes and sizes so the actual coverage will depend on your size and shape.

I'm not sure which size to get?

Under each description we offer our size recommendations. We have also introduced Try Before you Buy.

Measurements under each product are measured as a flat lay. It doesn't take into account the stretch of each fabric and your body shape. We recommend sticking with your underwear size, but if in doubt reach out to our team and we'll assist you with sizing.

How does 'Try Before you Buy' Work?

For a detailed description please refer to Try Before You Buy. It allows you to pick out up to 6 items and try on at home and just pay for what you keep. TBYB isn't available on items that are included in a sale.

Our office hours are Mon-Fri 9am - 4pm AEST. Our office is closed on weekends and public holidays.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to make any changes prior to dispatch. Please note that we can’t guarantee your required changes will be applied. Please email info@fullbumsswimwear.com.au

I need to return my order, can I get a refund?

We will happily refund, exchange or issue a store credit on any full price items (this includes 15% off discount codes).You can view our full Returns Policy here https://www.fullbumsswimwear.com.au/pages/returns-policy

Refunds and exchanges aren't available on sale items, items can be returned for a store credit.

My parcel still hasn’t arrived, can you track it for me?

Please continue to track your parcel via the tracking number provided. If you still have not received your parcel within 7-10 working days, please advise our Customer Service team and we will open an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf.

Do you have a storefront where I can try your swimwear?

We are completely online, but we do have an easy to use return/exchange portal. See our Returns Policy for more information.

I purchased something during the Black Friday Sale, can I exchange it?

As our items are already heavy discounted during the Black Friday sales, exchanges are possible as long as you enclose a self addressed pre-paid parcel. If one isn't enclosed we will issue a credit note instead.

Is your swimwear chlorine proof?

Please follow our care instructions, we recommend you rinse your swimwear directly after wearing and take all care when looking after them. While our swimwear is chlorine proof, many public pools have high levels of chlorine and this may effect the colour of your swimwear if not rinsed and looked after accordingly.
