We hope you love your Full Bums Swimwear as much as we loved creating them for you! Whilst we understand bum's come in all shapes and sizes, we try our very best to cover yours! We also understand that sometimes that it doesn't work out.
If you are not completely happy with any full priced purchase (this includes 15% off discount codes), we will happily refund, exchange or issue a store credit. If you exchange, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you. Online store credit is valid for 3 years.
Sale or Discounted items can only be returned for a store credit or exchange. Refunds aren't available on sale & discounted items.
Final Sale items: are not available for any refund, store credit or exchange. They are Final Sale and thus can not be returned. If unsure about sizing contact our team who would love to assist you.
Please note that original and return shipping costs, duties and taxes are not refundable. Where free shipping threshold was met on original order, return orders will be refunded minus $9.95 shipping cost.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
At this time we are not able to provide exchanges for international orders unless a self-addressed pre-paid satchel is enclosed with the returned item, otherwise a credit note will be issued.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
You have 21 days from date order was fulfilled to get your items back to us. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with any labels, tags and hygiene stickers intact. Any fake tan or makeup marks will be deemed as non-returnable. Our team will inspect the return before we issue an exchange.
Gift with purchase: Must be added at the time of order, it can not be added in afterwards.
Full Bums Swimwear reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet our Return + Exchange conditions.
As per the ACCC guidelines, in the unlikely event you have received a faulty item, we will either repair, replace or refund depending on the severity of the fault. Faulty return postage costs will be covered by Full Bums Swimwear.

Lovely bikini. Only issue is I don’t have much ‘weight’ to hold the top down. They are a bit short in the shoulders so feels like it might pop up. Otherwise love them
