During Aust Spring & Summer we process orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and high-demand periods). During Winter/Autumn we process within 48 hours.

All orders are set to ‘Authority to Leave’, unless there is no safe place, in which case the parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection.  

Orders over $100 receive FREE SHIPPING. Standard Shipping is $9.95, Express is $14.95 for Australian Residents & $14.95 for International.

Returns

As of 1 July 2025 our returns policy is changing. Anything purchased before that date our original Returns Policy will still apply.

We offer exchange or store credit on all full priced items.

If you exchange, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you.  Online store credit is valid for 3 years.

BFCM, Sale or Discounted items can only be returned for a store credit. Refunds & exchanges aren't available on sale & discounted items.

Sale & Final Sale items: are not available for any refund, store credit or exchange. They are Final Sale and thus can not be returned. If unsure about sizing contact our team who would love to assist you.
